Narrative Insights is the first AI feature shipped in NetSuite's history. It uses AI to generate plain-language summaries of financial reports, helping CFOs, controllers, and business leaders extract the "why" behind their numbers and communicate it clearly to boards, investors, and executive teams.
Business360: The Future of Agentic AI for Business
Business 360 is a forward-looking application of agentic AI designed to give executives a high-level view of their business. I served as the lead designer on this initiative, which was featured in the closing Product Keynote at SuiteWorld 2025.
